Traditional Irish Music Education Society, or TIMES is an educational organization serving musicians, teachers, performers, and emerging students interested in the pursuit of Irish traditional music and dance.

The new website for this organization required a listing of traditional Irish musicians and teachers to be added to the current line up of local sessions players. The site also would include descriptions and links to a number of separate organizations which TIMES itself created for more specific and targeted areas of learning. The TIMES website also needed to list hosted events related to the tradition bringing in traditional Irish musicians from around the world.
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, many musicians were suddenly in need of work and that work would mostly be online. As an addition to the work nearly finished, T.I.M.E.S. director, Ken Fleming, reached out to Steve Horn to craft a registry list of musicians who offered lessons, workshops, even concerts online. The website needed to organize and list references to the instruments they performed on and taught, the level of students they accepted, age groups, and so forth, plus their rates and accepted methods of payment.
